A reminder, I will only update this page if the conditions change. THIS PAGE IS BEST VIEWED WITH MICROSOFT INTERNET EXPLORER We have about 1-2” of snow on average out there still. BUT, we are under a winter storm watch for Monday night!. I will be out of town Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday next week and will not be able to update this page until I get back. So, on those days you will need to check the trail conditions in the “forums” under “South Bend, New Carlisle, IN” section!!! I will be able to update the status of the trail there while I’m gone. NEW SNOW: 0” Base: mud” CONDITIONS: Trail is closed . Remember, you can always click the “Forums” button above and get instant information on several Indiana and Michigan trail systems (including this one) as reported by local riders (and me). There is also a contact list in the forums with phone numbers. If you don’t see any buttons above, it’s because Google Chrome and Firefox don’t like my web editing software and you need to view this page with Microsoft internet explorer. Grooming update: We will groom the trail as needed, but keep in mind this comes out of the clubs pockets and is no longer paid for by the state. The Tucker Sno-cat uses about 110 gallons of unleaded fuel to groom the trail once. Once! At $2.80 a gallon, and with grease, we spend about $300 per groom. Tony |

These are two local webcams in the area. The one on the left is about 7 miles west of the trail. The one on the right is about 7 miles east at St. Pats park. They have 3 snow machines, so you may see snow there when we don’t have any snow. |
